We work by appointment only. Once we receive payment, we will send you an email, to schedule an appointment time, for you to drop off your machine.
Include your machine make and model. Include a brief description of the issue(s) you are encountering, during checkout in the "Order Comments" field.
You will need to bring the power cord, bobbin, bobbin case, and hoop.
Our average turn around time is two weeks, from the time we receive your machine - provided, no parts have to be ordered.
If any parts are needed, a quote will be sent for your approval, and payment, before we proceed.
Parts may have to be ordered.
Additional time will be required, for your machine to be ready for pick up.
