We work by appointment only. Once we receive payment, we will send you an email, to schedule an appointment time, for you to drop off your machine.
Include your machine make and model. Include a brief description of the issue(s) you are encountering, during checkout in the "Order Comments" field.
You will need to bring the foot control, power cord, bobbin, bobbin case, and standard presser foot.
Our average turn around time is two weeks, from the time we receive your machine - provided, no parts have to be ordered.
If any parts are needed, a quote will be sent for your approval, and payment, before we proceed.
Parts may have to be ordered.
Additional time will be required, for your machine to be ready for pick up.

I can say nothing but good things about Big Dog Sewing. They have cleaned and fixed my machines several times and I’m always happy. If I need to order fabric or other items, I will have my items in a week or less. BIG DOG SEWING is the best store in Austin to get what you need and SUPERIOR service.
Mr. Peterson was great. My machine is humming! He even carried my machine in for me and brought it back to my car when I picked it up. I am looking forward to exploring his shop. He seems to have an extensive offering of supplies for any seamstress.
