We work by appointment only. Once we receive payment, we will send you an email, to schedule an appointment time, for you to drop off your machine.
Include your machine make and model. Include a brief description of the issue(s) you are encountering, during checkout in the "Order Comments" field.
You will need to bring the foot control, power cord, bobbin, bobbin case, and standard presser foot.
Our average turn around time is two weeks, from the time we receive your machine - provided, no parts have to be ordered.
If any parts are needed, a quote will be sent for your approval, and payment, before we proceed.
Parts may have to be ordered.
Additional time will be required, for your machine to be ready for pick up.

Elna repair & cleaning
I search everywhere for a repairman to look at my 50 year old Elna and most would not clean or repair my machine. I then found Big Dog and Eric was so friendly, helpful and professional. Eric found my problem immediately (just a bent bobbin). Since I hadn’t had my machine cleaned or serviced, I left it with Eric and he did a great job. My Elna ran just perfect!
