Machine Cleaning & Adjusting
Our average turn around time is approximately three weeks, from the time we receive your machine, not including weekends and holidays. It is recommended to have your machine cleaned yearly. The majority of issues are fixed with a professional cleaning.
We work by appointment only. Once we receive payment, we will send you an email, to schedule a time, for you to drop off your machine. All correspondence is done via email.
Our time is valuable. We do not issue refunds.
During checkout, you will see a field titled "Order Comment" - this is where you note any issue(s) you are having with your machine. You will be able to talk to the technician when you drop off your machine.
Parts may not be available, depending on the part and make and model of the machine.
* If any parts are required, a quote will be sent for your approval, and payment, before we proceed. This will also extended the turn around time.
