We work by appointment only. Once we receive payment, we will send you an email, to schedule an appointment time, for you to drop off your machine.
Include your machine make and model. Include a brief description of the issue(s) you are encountering, during checkout in the "Order Comments" field.
You will need to bring the foot control, power cord, bobbin, bobbin case, and standard presser foot.
Our average turn around time is two weeks, from the time we receive your machine - provided, no parts have to be ordered.
If any parts are needed, a quote will be sent for your approval, and payment, before we proceed.
Parts may have to be ordered.
Additional time will be required, for your machine to be ready for pick up.

Cleaning and repair
I had taken my machine apart to clean it and some things came apart that should not have. I put it back together incorrectly. BigDogSewing got it back together correctly, fixed a couple of minor issues and cleaned it in a very timely manner. Nicest person anyone could ever meet and did a really good job. Thank you!
