Product Description
French Fuse is a lightweight knit interfacing with one soft side and one fusible side. This lightweight interfacing is used for reinforcing thin, delicate, or stretchy fabrics. French Fuse is the perfect stabilizer for making t-shirt quilts. This lightweight interfacing will not stiffen your quilt or reduce it's flexibility.
Instructions: Place your fabric, wrong side facing up. Place the French Fuse with the fusible side (rough side) down, touching the back of the fabric. Cover with a scrap of fabric, to act as a pressing cloth. Press with a dry iron, on medium heat. Test the heat of the iron on one corner or edge first. If the fabric begins to shrink up, lower the heat of the iron, and try again. 60" wide.

French Fuse 60" Wide White
I had a quilt with a minky backing done by my long arm quilter. She LOVED this product. It kept the minky in it's place and the quilt turned out beautifully, nice and flat and easy to bind. I ordered more!

60" wide French Fuse
The french Fuse worked very well on some rather thin cotton fabric which I had purchased to make a dress, that I didn't want to be able to be seen through. It fused very nicely and I had no problem with having it stick to a silk pressing cloth.

Best stabilizer yet
Love this stabilizer; used it on t-shirts for quilts. Light, pliable, does not add much weight. Only drawback is that you must use a towel over the French Fuse and it will stick to the towel as well as the t-shirt; however, the towel pulls off very easily, but the stabilizer stays on the t-shirt. My go-to for t-shirt quilts!!
